About Us

Lukiana is a licensed US attorney with more than five years of experience in filing trademark applications and providing clients with expert guidance on trademark strategy, branding, and protection. She has filed more than 3,500 trademark applications for clients within the high-end fashion services, food and beverage, entertainment services, consumer goods, and pharmaceutical fields.

Lukiana graduated magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law with an intellectual property concentration and was appointed as president of the Intellectual Property Law Society.

As an artist and musician herself, protecting creative expression is her passion. In her free time, she studies ancient Byzantine painting techniques, goes to the opera, and spends time in nature.
